Do I need to download an app?

No. LineSkip runs in your browser. You can add it to your Home Screen to get alerts and an app-like experience.

How does the draw work?

When a venue drops passes, followers are alerted and entries stay open for about 2 minutes. Then winners are picked at random. Entering early doesn't improve your chances.

When am I charged?

For draws, only if you win. For instant passes, when you buy.

I didn't win. Now what?

Leftover passes go on sale right after the draw, and we'll let you know.

How many people can one pass cover?

Up to 4, depending on the tier the venue sets.

What if I have no signal in line?

Your pass works offline. The QR code keeps rotating on your phone and still scans.

Can I get a refund?

If the venue cancels, yes. Unused passes expire at the end of their window and aren't refunded.

Does LineSkip sell drinks?

No. LineSkip never sells alcohol. Passes are sold by the venue; age rules (like 21+) are checked at the door.

Venues

What does it cost?

A platform fee on passes sold — 10% by default, set per venue. No hardware or monthly fee in the pilot.

How do I get paid?

Through your own Stripe Express account, on Stripe's payout schedule.

What hardware do I need?

None. Door staff scan with any phone; it keeps working offline.

Can I stop a drop?

Yes. Pause or cancel from the live release panel. Cancelling refunds guests.

Do you count walk-ins?

Yes. The scanner has +1/−1 walk-in buttons with undo, so your live count and capacity warning stay accurate.
